Mentor Program Director
Paul Keast worked for an international corporation as a team manager with technical and business oriented people for 30 years. He joined J.O.B. in 2013 as the Mentoring Program Director. He is a volunteer for the youth department at Lakeside Church in Folsom where he leads small groups with students. He is also a volunteer for the city of Folsom. He has been married to Dori for 33 years and has 3 young adult children.
Mentor House Director
Roy Boyd was trained in Law Enforcement as a Military Policeman and a Correctional Specialist in the Army. In 1980 he was by the California Department of Corrections as a Correctional Officer at the California Correctional Center, Susanville. In 1981 he transferred to Folsom State Prison, where he worked until he retired in 2007 as a Correctional Lieutenant. After retirement, he served with his wife as missionaries in Ukraine for 4 ½ months. He currently attends Calvary Chapel Placerville where he teaches 5th and 6th grade Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, Camp Calvary (Horse camp for at risk youth), and Prison Ministry at Folsom. He is on the church board of trustees. He is involved in building a Calvary Chapel Church in Costa Rica, and in 2014, he and his wife were blessed to be a part of the first ministry work at the new church.
Larry Johansen worked as an electrician for 39 years, in California, Alaska, North Dakota, Wisconsin and Colorado. He has been on the Elder Board of Calvary Chapel Placerville since 1995. He started bringing the gospel into the El Dorado County jail in 1996. He has ministered in Folsom State Prison and Mule Creek State Prison where he mentored Christian inmates. “The Lord revealed His great grace to me and called me to share the Gospel, the Truth, within the jails and prisons. Men that came from less blessed beginnings then I had.” Larry has been married to Linda since 1968 and they have 3 daughters and 9 grandsons.
Charles M. Lidberg founded Jesus Our Boss in 1998. J.O.B. incorporated in California as a religious non-profit corporation in 2007 with a 501(c)(3) designation from the IRS. Chuck has served as President of the Board since 2007. He has a BA in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota and served in the Washington National Guard. He is the owner of Chuck Lidberg Manufactured Homes specializing in mobile home park management and manufactured home sales. He is the Sales Manager of El Dorado Homes, Manufactured Homes Sales. He Served on the Board of Directors for U-Turn for Christ Camino, Inc. from 2006 to 2010 and on the Board of Directors for New Beginnings, Inc. in 2012 where he was responsible for forming them into a 501(c)(3) corporation. Chuck has been married to Deborah since 1987, they have one son, and attend Calvary Chapel Placerville.
Beau is a local business owner and leader currently serving as the CEO and Chairman of Orion Outdoor Media headquartered in Cameron Park, California. With a solid history and proven track record in the outdoor media space Beau has developed, operated and divested media assets to the largest publically traded media companies in the world. Beau and his family attend Rolling Hills Church in El Dorado Hills. He is married to his high school sweetheart Michele and they have two wonderful daughters. “As a dedicated follower of Christ I am committed and remain open to doing his work, wishing to always remain in Gods will daily. God placed on my heart and revealed to me what seems to be the missing link in the chain of recovery for the many people, and the solution was simple; Provide a ministry focused on partnering individually with people as they begin to transition back into to daily life after living in addiction or disobedience. The J.O.B. ministry is squarely centered on mentoring people back into a productive Christ centered life.” Beau has been a Board Member and ministry partner since 2011.
Alicia Sinsley Reuscher has been working as a personal and family Life Coach for 8 years. She has a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and certification in Executive Coaching. She specializes in teen and parenting issues. Before earning her Masters she worked as an editor and marketing materials writer for the fashion industry. She has a degree in English from Westmont College. Alicia worked with the non-profit Christ-Centered Counseling for 5 years. She is married and has two young sons. She has a personal interest in addiction recovery and spiritual growth and healing. As a cancer survivor she has a vested interest in helping families to establish healthy relationships so they can “survive and thrive” during difficult times. She hopes to develop programs for women, children and families within the J.O.B. ministry .
Kevin Kolbo attended DeVry Institute of Technology and has been in the automotive business for over 30 years. He has been a Board Member for J.O.B. since 2013. He has volunteered at Calvary Chapel Placerville with Vacation Bible School and the Sound Ministry. He has been a tournament Bass fisherman for over 25 years. Kevin has been married to Susan for 30 years, has 3 children, is an approved foster parent, and attends Calvary Chapel Placerville .
Executive Director and Board Member:
David has been involved with non-profit organizations for 6 years, and has been J.O.B.'s Executive Director for 4 years. With a background in marketing, Dave has over 30 years of experience promoting business and brands nationwide. Dave, his wife and three kids, have lived in Placerville for over 17 years. A lifelong Christian, Dave has always been involved with some ministry that helps further the values and character that living a Christian life brings. From running a children's program for a large church to volunteering time to distribute toys for the Toys4Tot's program, Dave and his family are plugged in to community service. "We see the benefits of helping those less fortunate than us, and we receive so much more in the feelings given back to us in the faces we serve", says Dave. These activities are what drive the passion and direction that J.O.B. grows in. As programs and activities are developed, benefitting the community to uplift, encourage, equip and grow those needing help in defeating a dead-end lifestyle are what motivate the team at Jesus Our Boss, Inc.
